Oscar-winning producer Michael Sugar lists SoCal home
Now’s your chance to make a “reel” estate investment.
Michael Sugar, the Oscar-winning producer for his work on the 2015 film “Spotlight,” has listed his Southern California spread, its listing brokerage told The Post.
Sugar, who also heads the Sugar23 management and production company, seeks $6.29 million for the 3,247-square-foot residence in Dana Point, a city in Orange County. His credits additionally include “The Knick” and “13 Reasons Why.”
The property, at 32422 Seven Seas Drive, stands on a 10,000-square-foot lot and looks to Pacific Ocean views from all main living areas and the backyard.
Inside, the home’s open design includes an eat-in kitchen that leads to a living area with space for dining and plush seating. From this area, sliding glass doors head to a backyard, which has a pool and an infinity-edge spa, an outdoor grill, space for a dining table and a fire pit.
Back inside, the master suite has a gas fireplace — as well as a double vanity, a tub and a standing rainfall shower in the ensuite bathroom. Elsewhere in the home, there are two more full bathrooms, a powder room and an office with built-in shelving. There’s also a laundry room, solar panels on the roof and a Crestron system for smart-home controls.
Bryan Gerlach, of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, has the listing.
