However, there is still a market out there for quality and budget-friendly smart phones. Both Samsung and Motorola have several phones that fall in the under $300 range and are more than sufficient for basic calling, texting and browsing.
A budget phone may be less expensive, but many of these options still offer features enthusiasts crave, including great cameras, fingerprint sensors and the elusive headphone jack.
